Good question. Cheating in a very big thing in this game. There is no "way" to deal with the cheaters. I will say, as someone new, there could be a lot of people who you think are cheating but they just get the drop on you. I have done that to people and they think I cheat. As for your kits, the more pvp you get into the more fights you win - your kits will go up as well as skill. This game is not easy but good luck man! (Tip: run airfield and loot all the 6b45's and akmns, then you can buy zsh's and boom kits)
