I have everything turned all the way down. Except for a quarter of the way on tree meshes and the other tree option. I then also have fxaa for antialiasing. I get around 144fps when I'm not near outpost. I also use this launch option. You can use a Nih Core with 1 battery, but they are meant to scale to higher power demands then 100. So this is why you would add more then 1 battery so you can increase your battery capacity as well as battery power amount when power generation is substandard or offline.
