So who really gets a shot at getting these when they drop? I have put in for drops now for two years and I have never scored a pair. Yet, I see resellers with what appears to have plenty of inventory within hours of the drop at of course much much higher prices. This leads me to believe that Nike is allowing these resellers to have sophisticated programs that are put in for thousands of pairs across multiple programs. Now I am admittedly not a "sneakerhead" but I do like the shoes and I would consider myself to be a good customer in the secondary market for the shoes and a better customer when it comes to the Nike website itself and all the other stuff they sell. I guess my question is how does that make all of you feel that are sneakerheads and buy lots of Nike products - do you feel cheated, let down like some kind of customer that is simply not important to Nike? My Son-in-law tells me that I don't stand a chance in Hell of getting these when they drop. He is into this as much as anyone and I see the hope on his face when he talks about these shoes. It pisses me off to think that he probably doesn't stand a chance in hell either. I guess this could be considered to be a good business model. Scarcity and all that - but it would appear that this practice also pisses off a lot of rank and file buyers. Am I wrong about all of this?

The shiny leather makes them look like referee shoes ... or Payless reps. Just give us the OG remake. So sick of the swapped out leather or yellowing rubber. The more I wear my Gratitudes, the more I hate them because they look like Payless reps from the 90's.
