there is a big part of the sneaker community who actually call themselves sneaker heads that care more about the money then the actual shoes themselves. people who wont buy a shoe at retail or under retail unless they can wear it and then resell it. i have no issues with resellers but i do have a problem with people who wont buy a shoe they really like because they are bricks due to them being a GR

imwithyou38 It’s called a Hypebeast‼️ I’ve been watching the big shoe RU-vidrs since they started...the ones who started with the fakes and the ones who did it for the love and it’s gotten to the point that I rarely watch them anymore. They’ve all become Hypebeasts and it has turned me off. Only one I watch on the regular is Dammn Dee only cuz he’s funny as fuck but he too has become a hypebeast. Only two guys off the top of my head that haven’t turned to the dark side completely are MJo23 Dan and Nightwing.

@@SoleMax23 i knows its called a hypebeast, there is different types of hype beasts also such as these ones, the ones who just want it because its the new trend or the ones who got into sneakers just because its the kool thing. the worst of them are the ones from the op. i called mike from a sneaker life about it and just responded with lol u man? and money makes the world go around. i also have no issue with a resellers if you wanna make money off shoes more power to you but dont fake like you are in it for the shoes. another non hype beast is def jac slade for big youtubers, he will rarely ever mention second market and tries to examine shoes for what they are

Most people think satin is a material. When in reality it's a type of weave pattern, similar to adidas primeknit. This doesn't matter what is used as the threads only how those threads are woven

I like the shoe, but like you said it has a lot working against it. It frays easily, creases are going to look horrible, may blend because they're black and these are 1 of about 10 offerings worth looking at in November and it's at the bottom of the demand side... I'm waiting for the "Not For Resale" Rookie of the Year, and Off-White drops...

Some Jordan models are better in OG colorways only, and 5s are one of those IMO. I still think its an ok looking shoe, just not a must have. Maybe a cop at under $150...i JUST copped the Shadow 10s for $125, so deals are out there for certain models if you wait.

Hey mr foamer. I know this is unrelated to the video, but since I know that Clark’s are your jam, they’re doing this Disney collaboration. Kinda similar to what vans is doing, but it’s a more subtle collab. It’s a grey suede desert boot, with the steamboat mickey on the heel. I think the shoe looks really dope, and even tho it is a pretty lazy collab... you can’t really bring that man crazy designs on quality suede. Regardless, if you’re ok doing something other than a sneaker for once, I’m pretty sure it’d be a DOPE video. Besides, it ain’t got that much hype like the ovo wallabees, so I think theyll sit and nobody is gonna hype them up. Unless you do it at least 😂

After 2 months wearing these they have not creased that much at all and have proven easy to clean. If you compare these now to the new 'top 3's' you will see a big difference in the quality. The finishing on the satins is obvious, the top 3's look rough around the edges.

@MrETHEX100 didnt like the middle part of the tounge. Like ik this is crazy but i took of the strings to see how it looks. And it was awful. The pattern was like a bunch of checkerboard type pattern. Ewww. It didn't really fit me either. They only had a 12 im a 13 and at first i tried it and i went on but wasn't comfortable. So i exchanged for cool grey jordan 6 rings so inaint trippin. I have the bred colorway as well and also have jordan 3 green with grey elephant print.

As someone that works at a shoe store and just got these in my shipment this morning I can say that these aren’t the best I’ve ever seen that being said they are nice. When that price drops I’d be happy to cop but as of right now at 190? I’ll pass. If they drop below 160 I’ll grab them but till then I’m content

Maaaan, they could have killed it w/ this colorway, if it weren't for the satin. Imagine just some nubuck material w/ Nike Air stitched on the heal instead of the jumpman. Complete it w/ an extra pair of laces, white ones...What could have been.
