I m a male nursing student nd i love my profession❤️I deeply love my clinicals nd academics.I m proud to be a Nursing student💕Ruchi ma'am u r an inspiration for all of us❤️
The worst case scenario for a nurse is that they are subjected to pressure by the organisation and doctors to fulfil the whims and fancies of the patient and doctors.. No respect is given to a nurses in India when compared to nurses working abroad.. Working hours is more and the pay is very meager.. continuously exploited by people.. Being a nurse in this country is difficult.. Just wish that people would give us the nurses respect we deserve for the hard work we put in..
Truely said. First of all this Title 'Angels ' and 'Sister' should get deleted from this profession. The addressing Angels are just a tactic to deny the deserving salary of nurses. We are no Angels, we are professionals paid for our Job. Secondly howcome we bacame Universal Sisters just because we choose Nursing as our profession. Sister calling is very Gender specific and not a professional word to address a person an individual engaged in a profession.
God bless you my sister...love you and thank you for all your efforts for giving patient care..i am also a nurse ..may god give you and ur family all the strengths and happiness...stay blessed.
Great video...I think quint miss one thing about this profession....this profession is one of most exploited profession in India..... No reasonable salary , social security and enough leave.....
Sad part of this job is that we spent lakhs together to study this profesion and vll get salary less than the grp d workers not fair ....only in india nurses are underrated ....
In India, nurses are treated like patients. They are not appreciated. They are forced to work at night without tea and snacks. Their salaries are very low.
In nepal Some girls only do nursing because of rich families who look for a nurse to keep there profile high But there are some girls who follow nursing for their passion 😊
As an young male teenager if we need more nurses than the seats in colleges must be rise we need to extend seats for newcomers and offcourse respect is a must I'm hoping that our gov will extend the seats for new students in nursing 🤟
We have to respect the Nurses who r working in Pvt Hospitals bcz they know what hard work means..these Govt Hospitals Nurses r very relaxed and have an attitude which u can't even see in the rich people (the negative one) Like in AIIMS, CIL,Primary Health Centers, etc etc. But surely I respect the most Nurses bcz they also work in shifts throughout their working life.
In government hospitals there lots of patient .patient nurse ratio is very low in government hospitals like one nurse for 60 patients so sometimes they just get burnout by working without breaks..in private nurse pt ratio is good as compared to govt
Don't worry sister we males are coming to share your feelings and pressure .....that you get while managing both the hospital as well as the home....I am a male BSc Nursing 2nd year student and have an intension to further persue MSc in Med-Surg Nursing....and I want more and more males to become Nurses as well thank you sis you are inspiration to many.....
Nurses also they did with a professional course n lots of work I had seen . But while in clinical field they r having lots of hectic work n less salary especially in india .people they think nursing is cleaner work they think all the work done by doctors n only doctors have knowledge . But nurses 24 hours r there with them . Just hate the the mindset of people in india they think only engineer doctors r professional course . Even nurses they deserve huge respect
Just to be clear nurse is a feministic word as there r more male nurses, more compassionate and good hearted...and in the top they never whine or blame about opposite sex. They too deserve respect.
Yes..this month iam getting physician assistant Pg diploma certificate..iam bsc nursing staff nurse now iam in ? Again iam going to for nursing side I don't I will get job as physician assistant in Delhi..iam afraid of nursing I don't know what to do
I'm remorseful of being nurse, I'm sick off this profession less salary but we had paid more for our education, then we get patients have to deal with itching attendant it sucks, I wish I had never done personal life is messed up no matter what how much you try to maintain balance you can't
Ashu Bmc They'll show the photo of a doctor taking a small nap in the middle of 36 hour shift and tag it with a message to show how doctors are irresponsible and then make an hour News debate and raise their TRPs.
