I dont think they’re gonna add Electro Rover in update 1.1 because base of my observation (this is according to lore) in order for Rover to gain a power, he needs to absorb a Threnodian yes just like Dreamless which he obtained a Havoc Element so if they added Electro Rover then they should also add a story for that and i dont think they gonna do that this early UNLESS! Here’s the thing, unless they secretly added a city level threat of Threnodian (city level threat is easy to make coz they dont need to do all of those chaos, epic, insane moment when they’re about to fight dreamless) for Rover to absorb and connect that story line to dissapearance of Jue and why him and Jihnsi needs to fight each other, that’s the only logical thing that i can think of, if they added Electro Rover in update 1.2 it would be make sense coz thats enough for them to prepare a story for him but right now? Where there’s many things that needs to fix and many stuff that needs to optimize? I dont think so.
