I've gotten to the point in my life where, it's now rare, but still occasionally, I get a reminder of how bummed out I feel that I was born too late for some things, and Pinwheel was one of those things. Nov. of 1989, so I was just in time for 1990s Nick to kick off, but wow, Pinwheel was really neat, I wish there were more little TV networks and programs like 1980s Nick and Pinwheel still.
As a child of this era, I cherish the creativity, wholesomeness, and educational value these shorts and shows provided. When the performers and producers showed a true care for children’s entertainment, and didn’t just see young people as a target audience for marketing.
There's a short cartoon I'm searching for and I believe it was showcased on pinwheel but it's a kid mixing up different color fruits and then he rolls them out long and then he combines the all to make a music record to play. The other short cartoon is these characters one is Short and heavy set and the other is tall but they are twisting their noses to make music. Anyone remember those and if so what show were they on? I would highly appreciate it
The cuckoo clock construction clip could have been on an episode of “How It’s Made”, if that Discovery Channel/Science Channel series had been on air in the 1970s to 1980s
