Human quality of life is constantly increasing with access to food and relatively decent healthcare, this could also lead to earlier bodily development. I know there is at least progesterone present in many meat/dairy products but you'd have to eat a lot daily in order for it to have noticeable affects on your body. There'd be a lot more men with boobs (not from being overweight) if meat/dairy contained enough progesterone to start puberty early.

I understand your point. However, breast size in men is not linked to growth hormones. Growth hormones affect the sexes differently. A male body, biologically speaking, is going to take the growth hormone to the testes, penile glands, and the larynx. The female, biologically takes this to the breasts, uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes. The hormones affect the two separate types differently. Growth hormones, in chickens and roosters, allow the hens to lay more and the roosters to be more fertile. Roosters need to be more fertile to reproduce succesfully in order to procreate. Hens need to lay more so that eggs can be placed into market order faster, as well as being able to lay the next generation of chickens. The cycle then continues.

I'm 16 now and started my period the summer of when I was 12 as well. It's honestly nothing to be embarrassed about with your friends if that is the case. Mostly every girl will get it eventually and probably some will get it quite soon. Advice I can give to your for cramps is, when you get them, to stay hydrated and take Tylenol when needed . The way your period right now will fluctuate significantly for probably the next 6 months or longer until it becomes more regular. Also, the cramps may go away further into your number of cycles

What are you talking about? The consumption of milk other than human milk began almost 8000 years ago. Can't really deny anything about food preservatives and additives, though many people don't understand that it hasn't been proven to correlate with any ailments at all.
