yeh ... that hard trance vibe completly forgotten nowadays that i miss so much .... that was the perfect combo. I like modern hardstyle but lets put a bit of euphoric calm and chill sometimes in it. I'm overdosed by Raw

@@Drum690 To be fair, SZP are trying to bring certain real rave sounds back to the scene. Their adiagio for strings remix is pure 2000, and they made a good (yet unreleased) remix of Sutra, and one of their rave into space tracks have kicks that are quite gabber like. If only they would learn how to mix and construct a proper set.

That weird (and precious moment) when a rave set from a hardstyle dediqated promoter put a hard trance classic like "Jones & Stephenson - First Rebirth" and you know that there's still hope and see people jumping like hell :)

Good to see Gizmo and The Darkraver again. I remember picking up Gizmo in The Hague in my Ford Fiesta with a custom cd player, amplifier and speakers. I drove him to Zoetermeer to FreshFM, where he had to play a set, and with every bump on the road the disc skipped some second forward, I was so embarrassed XD.

it was the last Q-Dance event before they lost all the good guys during Covid. Just have a look at Power Hour 2023 and Qlimax 2023 - you will recognize the difference to pre-Covid events.
