Early Spring Grazing in the West 

#Dairy farmer Jason Coulter from Skreen, Co. Sligo updates us on #grazing progress today, 7th March which has seen grazing conditions improve considerable after a few wet weeks in February. He also talks about his targets for the remainder of the 1st grazing rotation.
Early Spring Grazing is worth the effort! Every day at #grass for a dairy cow is worth €2.70 per day. 1 weeks extra grazing for a herd of 100 cows is worth nearly €2000 euro in the farmers pocket!
