4th June 2023 and we have just heard that yet another field will be destroyed by the greedy unscrupulous developers and greed ridden land owners.
Our little village of Yapton West Sussex has been shamefully let down by those elected to keep it safe and utterly choked with massive ugly new build estates. At the behest of a foul government.
The sewers are even exploding under the strain, gas and electricity supplies under strain, roads clogged, schools rammed and doctors utterly overwhelmed.
History will record the names of those who allowed all this to happen.
Aside from that. Please enjoy the walk with us and take in the beauty and peace that nature can bring when left alone to do so.

Hello Mike, thanks for the lovely walk. Enjoyable watch, do you happen to know what the bird song is during the open field scene? Around 2:30 in. Not heard anything like that before, certainly in my neck of the woods. I’ve been on tour a little this past week, finally worked out where Eastleigh and Toton are. Love an Arnold Sand wagon behind the ROD! Well done you lucky lad.

Hi Neil. That's a Skylark, lovely call. It was very windy so i had to use an audio filter to bring it out. Ah yes LNWR wagons behind her :)

I sympathize. Housing prices are crazy. Plus, think of the number of domiciles needed to accommodate the growing population- that requires more land, resources and money. The land in the video looks arable and, according to Google, Britain imports an increasing proportion of food. Your frustration is understandable and felt across the Atlantic.

Thanks, yes these horrid boxes they throw up are priced way about what the local population can afford and its not homeless yuoung people moving in at all, it's Londoners and those from affluant areas that are moving to the country, however there is bugger all country left because thier hutches have been built on it. Yes valuable grade A farm land, lost forever.
