Nick Kosko breaks down the early moves by Wisconsin's Dean Hamiti and Michigan State's Chase Saldate to Oklahoma State and Michigan, respectively. The transfer portal is starting to heat up! For On3 Sports
lol Ferrari to Penn state? Why so he can wrestle JV after Conor wipes the floor with him? An is super over rated he is maybe top 10 but nowhere near any champ level
Psu 125 - lilledahl 133 - Davis beats out nagao 141 - Bartlett 149 - kasak 157 - SVN 165 - levi or MM 174 - Levi or MM 184 - Barr 197 - mirasola 285 - mirasola Crazy part is this could be the lineup for at least next 3 years with exception to Bartlett for 2 and other than maybe Braeden who on this lineup would be suprise to be in ncaa finals match?
I hope everybody realizes what I’ve been saying for years everybody asked to leave Wisconsin to win a national title, Evan Wick, Austin, goMEz Dean Hamiti, of whom I predicted would leave a couple days before the tournament and I’m also going to see Braxton. Amos doesn’t come back there’s a major issue in the program.
Why would Bono want to stay at Wisconsin when he can’t even recruit the blue-chippers in the state? That would be frustrating. Wisconsin should be a top 5 power based on the in-state talent they’re churning out.
Chase was a big let down. Especially since i thought he was a national title level guy from the jump. But i guess with a new room he can finally break the AA status
Hamiti came in to WI as a true freshman from Illinois Catholic school after winning three state titles and probably wouldn’t want a fourth but the Covid year canceled out his senior high school tournament. As a freshman, Hamidi was 19 and all right off the bat. He’s all American his first two years and then regressed in the quicksand of the badger program to the point where he didn’t even All-American this year. How embarrassing they need to make a change at head coach. They are not recruiting worth a darn they can’t keep anybody around and they don’t have good enough people in the wrestling room to improve their elite wrestlers if they can keep them.
@@dinocollins720 Haines, Shapiro, Teemer, Robb, Cardenas who unfortunately upset Shapiro, we had Bryce Andonian, Ed Scott, Not to mention 157 had some of the most freshman phenoms. Shapiro, Downey, Chittum, Blaze, etc… People who have given Haines a 1 point match, aka dark horses (Saldate, Andonian, & Lewan) 157 didn’t have any you who you’d look at and be surprised to see them finish 8 on the podium. (besides the obvious top 3) had multiple previous AAs not even AA. So while I respect your opinion and might see what you mean, 157 was def deep and stacked.
Gotta think Angelo stays committed to Iowa and AJ and Anthony are officially on the team next year if anywhere. I can't think of anywhere else that would take all 3 at this point with the off the mat drama and NIL $$ at play ... Just my speculation and educated guess.
Badgers are going to be terrible next year. Don’t fool yourself they’ve been subpar the last two years they’ve only one like five total. Big Ten dual meets in two years and they’re gonna be even worse next year.
