@anikaagg, I don't believe you can do this without customers needing to upgrade to a Premium license, is that correct? It looks like you need a Premium license to download designs/templates into a PNG/PDF.

Not as of today, but coming soon to the Beta! Meanwhile you can use the current Adobe Express iOS App for this!

Try adjusting the playback speed to something like 75% and that should help.
