It's all good but paid, that's where low codes are just only useful for some process based required which doesn't require much of creativity n hence are less creative options. Though good for who can pay
Logically and technically you are not wrong but my friend I want to ask you a question does WordPress developer replace a react (angular/ vue) developer ? It is also same situation, yes no doubt in future it will be a great solution for low buget and a quick solution for app development but I don't think it can takeover flutter or react native, I respect your point of view 🙏

Hello , I am creating a simple flutterflow UI for data entry in firestore. It has four fields in UI and four fields in firestore collection document. This part is done. In next page I want to fetch entered data from firestore collection document to flutterflow UI fields. How to do this mapping of firestore collection document fields to flutterflow UI fields ? Please suggest. Please note the my firestore collection has only one document which has to be fetched into the UI fields. The action should occur on button click.

This is very dangerous for new developers they will just use the no code and not learn allot of required things and when they stuck on some step that will be very difficult for them to keep ahead.
