There was a little mistake in the video editing. It said 8 small floor displays, but it was supposed to say 13 small floor displays, so if someone was confused there, it is my mistake.
A small improvement that I recommend to this Layout, is that you also sell musical instruments, but only the pianos, they give you a little more profit than the furniture

This video obviously had so much time and effort put into it thanks to you. However, anybody who wants to know, this store is hopleselly outdated. Following every single step Roem did, without any money trees, I earned around 6k-8k minute. However, with mine which costs around 4 million less so about 1-1.5 million cuz i didnt use tram or bus stations, I earned around 12-15k/min (no money trees). Just for anybody who was wondering. Plz like this comment so anybody wondering can easily find this comment.
Again, no hate to Roem, this video must have taken ages to edit and make which that itself should get lots of applauds. The farm is also decent more for mid game players though,
The store is actually 100% up to date. You have just misunderstood the part where servers with large stores load slower, so what you did wrong must have been either not testing income over a long enough period, or you didnt play on a fresh enough server (suggest private server). Try again following my tips for optimal money earnings, and you will earn TONS more money, quite literally. Hope it helps 😊
Been using this layout for a few hours now and I'm LOVING it. It's super easy to work around and it stays maintained well and easy. I'm currently not using furniture in it and instead I'm selling other things that don't have such a high number requirement for a money tree. Great setup though!
@@1digger455 self checkouts are nerfed compared to normal checkouts to make it more balanced, this nerf is that it takes longer for customers to scan their items than with a normal checkout. The "unexpected item in bagging area" message randomly happens when scanning to explain why it takes longer, there is no way to change it unless you get a normal cashier checkout but that will be more expensive in the long run due to wages
Very nice desgin. I tried it myself and it worked perfectly I even added a small apple and jewlery store. After adding 1 security guard and 1 Janitor everything worked smooth again. Thank you for this layout!

this layout helped allot! I initialy tried making it more proffitable by adding vending machines but turns out that diminishes your profit quite a bit, AFK'd this afternoon for 3 hours and made like 1.5Mil
dude i made this same like exactly the same build with helicopters, and without bus station and tram station, left the game for 3 hours and only made 70k
Yooo thx, I made 627k in 1 hour, 13 money trees, 2 bus station, no train station, helicopter, and no mananger. I decided to buy the supplies my self becuase I found a big difference from doing that then having 2 managers. I would say maybe around 450k to 650k per hour, ik big difference but i got 480k from having 2 managers.

For anyone wondering: bus and tram stations dont decrease ratings by too much! have 2 bus stations and all the parking lots and its still stable at 4.8 to 5 stars!
Amazing setup although I added a few more places to put items in so I could get the most amount of money trees, there are many corners you can sneak in like vending machines or more pads and still have 5 stars
Great idea! The point of the layout isnt after all the items, but the store itself. Whats inside is all up to anyone really (making an endgame guide atm for the store).
So ive been using this build for 1 day so far - total from about 6:30 am to 6:33 pm when im posting this - ive made around 600-700k now i did not sit on the game all day in total ive left my pc running afk for about 3 hours (in game) - so there is tons of room for more money - tip for any players using this build - 2 managers is fine and set them to about 120-130% (roughly 20-25k per 5 mins - also invest in the bus stop when you can - it does not effect rating and shows up every 45 seconds - thanks

(500k bus/helicopter with driver or more parking spaces) 2.If you know, what is the most efficent %stock that the manager should be at when a delivery driver is present (w/helicopter)
This works so well! i tried building other tutorial stores in the past but they always landed me either in debt or made like 30k an hour. ive been using this setup for about 14 hrs and earned 4.5m! (i spent 1m on bus stations)
Hello Roem! Long comment hoping you would reply because I just want maximum efficiency for my store lmao. Waiting for the money tree guide you've been talking about because I think that would be my next go-to layout after this. Take as much time as you need man, your guides are awesome. I have reached the maximum upgrade of this layout (bus stations tram stations and all of that), wondering what I could do to increase efficiency. Some few questions: I saw a comment on this video that bus stations and tram stations are not that worth? I'm fine with keeping them but having more customers sounds good so I should increase parking spaces? According to you 50 spaces is the max. Should I still keep my bus and tram stations even if I have 50 parking lots? Also I have both max signs, the LED sign and the big roof sign, but my parking spaces both normal and EV are not being filled always. Is this normal? Should I add more parking spaces to combat this? My money trees are going great! Got 20 as of the moment. I do not know how much I make every hour lol. I have been wondering when is the right time to swap products for more money trees but still have great income? Or do I even need to swap at all? Can I just sell furniture always? Also I am not sure if there is a cap on money trees. And if I do change products I was thinking of selling electronics. Question about my managers and vehicle. I of course have the cargo helicopter which caps at 4000Load but my 2 maxed out managers on 200% amount to stock only order up to 3000L at the loading dock. Sometimes I ran out of some products to restock but only for a short amount (but still would like to not run out as much hehe) which most of the time are Game Tables and Large Furniture. Any ideas? I was thinking I might need another manager but I gave that a try and immediately fired him when I did not see a difference being made and he was only level 1 lmao. Or maybe I need another cargo helicopter? But my managers might not keep up lmao. Waiting for your response since I am quite stuck at this. I have been thinking of expanding since my money growth has been really good and I could afford an upgrade. But I am not entirely sure how to and I am scared that I might make less money than this layout you have bestowed upon us lmao. I want more space to combat crowdedness when I do buy parking lots and would like to put more shelving to sell more products but if I do add that, my store efficiency might not be as good. Hey! Sorry for taking so long, but here I am! Bus and tram costs a lot, but it saves space, all up to you. Adding more parking lots wont help cuz the point is to have the EVs occupied most of the time since they earn more. One sign is enough, they dont stack. Server lag May cause fewer customers, try a private server alone. The point of gaining 32 money trees first is to have lots of spare money, then do whatever you want. Foods, electronics, anything. The next money tree becomes exponentially more difficult, so I suggest earning 2 each for a group of items, then swap. I guess you can get a third manager... that might help. Each manager buys 100% extra, so then it becomes 300% instead of 200. This layout is about the best you could get, so I suggest not doing much. Perhaps expand some crowdedness, but I decided myself that a smaller store is more important than 4,5 crowdedness at times. No need for a helicopter btw, I think. Cool idea, I will try to make this now. I am doing furniture and then go with electronics for lots of money trees. Now I wonder if I can make a store that sells furniture, etc with an aesthetics good-looking store. Edit: One question, is it alright for the cargo helicopter to be replaced by the Electric Semi? Or is that not good enough?
The Electric semi is even better than the cargo helicopter, so definetly use that if you have it! Also, I am excited to see your results 😁 Sounds like a good idea!
I am using your midgame layout I gotta say it doesn't let me down it gave 150k per hour or more but is worth it since I can just afk grind while do other things
Not sure if this was a mistake, but you never placed a store sign in the video. Another thing- if I place vending machines in the layout, will this lower profits since customers will spawn wanting soda instead of furniture?

It saves you money. It doesnt make a difference with the customers complaining. Only the money you gotta pay your workers. But go ahead and use registers if you dont need the money 😁

I got 2,718,185 in 2 days and 10 money tree and im still gonna get more money tree the truth is 700k in 1 hour or 600k it works im using it now try it bro this helped me out so much btw dont buy a helicopter cargo u dont need it just do instant deliver it would be more easier im almost at 3Mil now 🥰

The truth is: Max possible income is 350k/hr without money trees, and that is obtained through a private server. This layout works amazing if you follow all the tips for optimalization 😁

This layout is sooo good. I used another layout but It was fake, the builder said it would make a 100k+ an hour, in reality it would only make like tens of thousands. This setup is so good, i only afk'd for like 30 minutes and already almost earned 100k. It took me hours upon hours just to get 200k and it took another hour to get 60kish. This setup almost made me 200k in 1 hourish
should i still use the exercise equipment, game tables, and furniture even tho beverages, toys, paint supplies, and game tables have the best profit? or can I just copy this and replace the stuff with the more profitable items
Yeah so some things have more profit, but since they are cheap they wont generate the same income. You become a billionaire far quicker by renting luxury apartments rather than selling candy bars, just for comparison.
I understand that this is well over a year old, but instead of a middle fountain, you can just use a golden statue of your self (if you were in the beta) as it has +50 decoration supposed to the fountain which has +40 decoration!
Nah massive W. Once i made this layout i made 250k in 30 Minutes. And 500k in Just an hour. Heavily recommend you do this layout!. Its even better with the Helicopter. i saved up to 1m With the starter layout and i advanced to this now. Planning on keeping this layout untill 2m-5m
Sacrificing some crowdedness for a more efficient store is totally fine! The difference between 4,8 and 5 star rating is not there really. Also, great to hear it works! 🤩 good luck further! 😁

Cant bellive this still works i afked for 15mins and made 61,175 That means i make 244,700 an hour 🎉 honestly pretty good I use cargo heli i havent got the bus or trains yet and cant wait to get them so its a way better shop (hopefully) If it does get better i hope i can get 300k/hr
who told you. it just written text. if customers dont like them, you will not see the store rating 5 starts and yes it take longer but 1- you put alot of them so its all good 2- every customer will have 1-3 items. and 1 in most cases so he will not take long i have a 30 parking slots and 6 is more then enough and you will save 20k per hour (if you hire 2)
Thanks so much! Almost instantly got 5 stars! I didn't do the elevators or bus transit and trams, but I have a question. I've been playing for a while, and I always was barely profiting. Like of I look, I made a total of around 1,654,000 but spent like 1,589,000, not sure if thats because of the manager, or was I buying the wrong stuff? If you can please explain. So far, with this layout, 5 stars and making some profit. Also had a question about when it come times to expand, like adding more stuff etc, how would that work. I'd really appreciate an answer. Oh thats right! Yeah, low leveled restockers is a problem... I guess you just need to let them run until they are level 4. However if you want them to level up faster, I do suggest still only using 2-3 since it then takes half the time to get them to level 4.

Tram is really good if you place it close to the store, as well as it also doesnt give robbers, even better! Max parking lot amount is about 30, but 20 plus tram is very good
