If Live and earth cable are being shorted together can our earthing system convey the current to the general ground mass if our earthing system were properly installed?
In that situation, your properly installed earthing system will rather cause the CPD to disrupt the circuit. I will make a video on earthing to explain these things further.
Good morning sir, pls, I have experience this situation just yesterday, I did all the necessary checks and test but to no avail. I mean I tested the earth bar but there is no power flowing, but anytime you plug any gadget that has a metal body, when you test the body, you see power. Pls, what could be the cause sir?
