People who thought that they were was because they had a basic dislike for Black music, especially bands as big and popular as Earth Wind and Fire. I'm only speaking from my background in the music industry, where Black musicians were almost restricted from crossover appeal by record producers and disc jockeys, but some songs were so big, nothing could hold them back.
