Sorry we do not understand. You can see in the video how a person sits on it and you can do mobile chair massage on it.

Huge flaw in this design is having the weight bearing bar made of plastic. It snapped in half and have seen many reviews online that state the same issue. Can be a huge lawsuit. Stay away

That must be an issue with newer models, because I’ve had mine for 20 years, and it’s solid as a rock.

Mine was not exchanged! I was forced to purchase a new support bracket for $50 and it was a mission to install it. Very dissatisfied with how this was handled. If it were a bad batch, you should have replaced mine.@@earthlitemassagetables

@@Gloriagal78 20 years is a very long time ago so yes, things change in 20 years and they probably went with cheap plater to save money. Someone can get sued or injured.
