I think Fasttrack would make for a good Cybertronian Optimus Prime. Not a big Optimus Prime as he is not a bulky figure.

Maybe more of an Orion pax. If you remove the arms and turn the vehicle around he looks like a non upgraded prime

For me, Gold Standard is most definitely Brunt. I've got all 3 repaints and just absolutely love the parts. I personally hope they keep the line going past the Fossilizers as it's a great type of fiddle toy for the office, more so than the standard two form transformer

Playing around I used the peg connected to the ramp on head torso plugged into the waist turn head downward . . . could make a hand-guard, not a great one but does utilize that leftover.

The weaponizers are great for putting them all together to make massive combiners. The Sixgun mold makes a great hand

Looking at the leg bits i suddenly realised we need a this size figure of a weaponizer TIDAL WAVE. It would be so cool to see a new form of the dark fleet, still be able to make the combined mode, and strap him onto more figures in old and new configurations

And UK unless your Cyberverse Line which im not to fond of but Hasbro always gave US and Japan the best stuff everywhere else gets delayed months if it reaches those places at all.

When going from robot to tank mode, I've found it helps to fold the lower body part backwards to open the little ramp in the upper body, giving plenty of room to unplug the port connecting the upper body to the lower body.

The G1 version works like a Weaponizier since the arm ports and top ports are the same so you could use the G1 arm parts with the current version or alot of G1 and current weapons for arms I do this with my G1 Seacon Overbite too since it was used and was missing its arms.

i don't think the original Fasttrack can be called bad, as all he was intended to be was a little car for Scorponok's ramp and he does that very well. Sure he was blocky and very simplistic, but he was a pack-in toy with a city base Transformer. And it was the 1980s.

Fasttrack is something I've waited a while for. I will admit his colour scheme is a little bland but I'm always more interested in the articulation, transformation and accessories. After seeing what he can do, i most certainly want him!

Cool review Balt. I'm on the fence if I wanna get him in some form. I'm not that intrested in Scorpie since he doesn't match Fort Max height and even if he did match his height...Well let's just say Fort Max hasn't aged that well in playability
