EARTHY COLORS - Những Màu Của Đất | DinLife 

Last year, my sister and I made watercolors from vegetables with our students. They are beautiful, and come in all colors: Red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. But most of them don't keep their color for too long. So in early March this year, I attended a workshop on making natural colors at Lá Library with the guidance of Chi, a young Vietnamese artist. We went to pick up soils and rocks to pound and grind them with a binder until they were really smooth to make colors. We were divided into groups of 4 people each. My group includes 3 others: Giang, Phuong and Ly. They did a lot of the work when I had to go home with my son. And the result is a beautiful color palette you see. They all didn't take the colors, so in the end I was the one who got it all. I am very grateful for this. I hope you are inspired to make your own paints. I love the earth colors. My granddaughter who is 3.5yrs loves painting! She looks forward coming to my house especially to paint. Last time I told her we're going to paint with different materials like coffee, cocoa, and tea. Once it warms up we will be using plants too. Thank you for your video
