I was in Corpus Christi, Texas on a vacation when a category 1 hurricane hit. I’m a big fan of intense storms, so I was honestly excited when I heard about it. Needless to say, it wasn’t any fun outside of being the most intense storm I’ve ever seen with my own eyes.
Generally, a hurricane will be stronger the longer it’s been over the ocean, so a faster moving hurricane is generally going to be a lot lower category.
As a Floridian, I can safely say that rarely anyone here has a basement. Sure we have garages, but they are at sea level where you might as well just be up in your bathroom lol
About the begining, just to make sure, here are the ilegal tones frequencies : NOAA : 1050 Hz Regular : 853 Hz and 960 Hz Edit : don't worry you got different frequencies.
If you're in a mobile home, it's too late to evacuate prepare for a certain death, repeating if you are in a mobile home prepare for a certain death ☠️.
@@elticc we also usually don't hear the air raid siren when we get hit by hurricanes. we just get the alarm on tv. good job otherwise. although some homes in Florida do have basements. my grand mothers did. but i don't know why anyone would go under ground when flooding is possible?
even though this is all made up. i always have a fear a hurricane or something really dangerous will hit flordia, cuz my rly good friend is there and id hate if something happened to them
