EAS Scenario - Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Southwestern KY 

Another little test scenario, this time I've remade the WR-100 graphics and made the text on the radio scroll (mostly) properly.
I do have some test TV alerts made, and I may or may not make those into actual mini-scenarios in the future.
