Easdale Tarn wildcamp 

Enjoyed some really great footage thank you! - genuine 'weather' and atmosphere. Not exactly going lightweight though (if I may say so) - or were you hiding your kitchen porter out of camera range?

Nice one Steve. Some moody tent shots there. I liked them. I had the same thought about the plunge pool. Definitely one to try. I camped in the same spot in a snow storm. Was drenched. Nobody else daft enough to be there. So go in a blizzard lol 😂. You can easily lose the outside world if you put your mind to it. I'm always drifting off. Good video. Cheers.

Nice one mate nice pitch there even tho not first choice..great views & a nice lapse of the cloud rolling up the valley.had a walk up helm crag & round to steel fell a few week ago & then camped on st herberts island.lovely little mountain that one really enjoyed the walk up it..tfs mate & atb..Andy.

Good stuff Steve yeah sometimes it has to start straight from work.Good to see the Southern cross used i can't think of any other you-tuber using one apart from me , i think i'll use mine for me trip to the lakes. The middle pole bending in is a worry but it takes it , i was convinced mine was f..ked during gale force winds in Skye but it was ok. ATB.

New subscriber here and a canny watch it was. I have been up Easdale Tarn a few times and it was on my list for my first Wildcamp but I got told it did get busy, so I went to Angle Tarn instead.........which was busy lol. I walked up there with the missus at the end of April and it was red hot - she said 'it looks like we are in for a red hot summer!' - I have not spoken to her since! Cheers Alan

Sweet video mate shame you didn't have the place to yourself but still a good trip out. I tend to wide berth tarns everyone makes for them and in the summer flying insects come at you lol thanks for sharing

Hello, how are you finding the Southern Cross tent ? I picked one up a couple of months back but not had the chance to get out yet.

Just re visited your channel its really good I'll have to watch them again. You look aftet yourself in the food department 😁 Yes the lakes are a victim of there own success its always busy now especially at weekends, I always try and find a little unknown spot but its not easy. Atb Darren
