Easier than you imagine. Dessert in 5 minutes❗️ I cook this dessert almost every day❗️
► Recipe and ingredients:
3 large eggs
a pinch of salt
50 g sugar
~ 120 g flour
30 g cocoa
400 ml milk
Cover and let stand for about 15 minutes
Heat the pan and grease it once with vegetable oil
1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Fry on both sides for a few minutes at medium heat
I have 9 pancakes, let them cool completely
150 g prunes
Pour warm water and let it stand for 5 minutes
25 g gelatine + 80 ml cold water
Let stand for 5 minutes
600 g sour cream
70 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
Stir and let stand until the sugar has dissolved
Drain the prunes and pat dry with a paper towel
Melt the swollen gelatine
Cut the pancakes into slices about 1.5 cm thick
Mix carefully
Shape 18 cm
smooth carefully
Cover with cling film and store in the refrigerator for several hours
Mmm... great flavor combination!
