Easier than you imagine. The best recipe for choux pastry rolls
Choux pastry rolls
RECIPE for choux pastry rolls
100 ml warm milk.
20g sugar.
10 g dry yeast.
3 tablespoons of flour from the total amount (540 g).
Mix everything well.
Cover the yeast mixture with a kitchen towel.
Leave the yeast mixture in a warm place for 20 minutes.
200 ml milk.
70g butter.
Cook.
Remove from heat.
From the total amount (540 g), add 3 tablespoons of flour.
Cool.
Add yeast mixture.
2 chicken eggs.
Mix everything together.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix.
80g sugar.
Mix everything together.
Sift the remaining flour.
Add flour in parts.
1 teaspoon salt.
8 g vanilla sugar.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil.
Form the dough into a ball.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
The dough turned out well.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Divide the dough into 12 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with cling film.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 20 minutes.
For the filling:
140g raisins.
Soak raisins in cold water for 30 minutes.
Stretch the dough ball with your hands.
Place raisins on the dough.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Seal the edge of the dough.
Fold the dough like I did.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Repeat after me.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Leave the rolls in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Brush the rolls with a mixture of chicken egg and 1 teaspoon of milk.
Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
The buns are ready!
Beautiful and rosy buns!
These buns are so soft!
The rolls simply melt in your mouth!
It is so delicious!

Hoy hice la receta siguiendo estricto todos los detalles, la verdad? Ne quedaron muy ricos, la copie para repetirla. Todos en casa estan de fiesta von este pan, lo rellene con dátiles picaditos. Excelentes. Felicidades por estos videos.
