Hey cuties,
So in the last year I've been gifted the Dyson Airwrap and the Corrale. I've been asked a lot about which I think one should get ... honestly I have no definitive answer because I think they they both achieve different goals. This will be my first video of 3. This one highlighting the Airwrap... the next the Dyson Corrale... and then lastly which one I would get for specific needs.

Now why would anyone hit the dislike 👎button 🤷🏼‍♀️??? This is a wonderful tutorial so thank you! I just got mine and have only used the soft smoothing brush whichI love. The tip with placing it a bit higher in the back is a good one! You made it look so easy and I can't wait to try this after my next hair wash.

I also do this with my airwrap and recommend using the barrels on the opposite sides when you are using it was a wand! Since we are turning the dyson upside down, the barrels will now take the hair to opposite direction than if it was right side up. It will give you a smoother look on the roots without so much frizz! xx

Depends on how thick your hair is! Mines on the thinner side and it dries fast for me. But bc it’s a smaller barrel I think it would take longer for someone with thicker hair

Hi! Thanks so much for this post. Really find it easy to follow. Quick question - when you do the outer part of the hair, do you normally curl over the barrel or under the barrel? I am having hard time not making it look too poofy on top

is there a reason why you use your hand to wrap it around instead of letting the air wrap it like that this meant for? is it required to have that wavy look? thanks

Hi! So if I let the air wrap suck it in like the classic way the waves are a lot more “ringlet-like” and it goes all the way to the ends of the strands. I wrap it around and leave the end straight for more of a beach wave look

Yes the air coming out is hot , you can do cold air too, but you are supposed to do that after you use the hot air to set the style

You mean like going the other way the some of the pieces? I do that to mix it up so my hair doesn’t all go in one clump together , so like to get more of a beach vibe, you can alternate some pieces going the other way

The style is supposed to be a subtle relaxed bend in the hair which I find hard for me to achieve with my stubborn straight hair. So I personally looove that it’s only a subtle difference ! But it doesn’t have to be for everyone

I understand that if you want to have curls it’s maybe not a big difference but I like this effect of wave. Looks very natural not like “I spend whole morning curdling my hair” type. Also I’m a big fan of wave on this length, make me want to cut my hair
