That trout looked delicious and hearing the crunch of the breading just makes me hungry👍👍. Love that you use simple recipes. Sometimes simple is the best!!!
I bought a table top blackstone grill at Walmart this morning and got a whole speckled trout a Publix to try this. I did the same thing but I used Crisco and soaked the fish in butter milk and it was awsome. Thanks for the video it gives me another way to do my fish.
That's awesome !! I'm glad it turned out really good for you! I love trying different techniques rather than just deep fry (which is delicious haha). Thank you for your comment.
Aaaahhh... why am I drooling just now?? 😁 I'd love to taste that... no dip, just the way you did the fish!! Thanks for getting me going... now I NEED to find some fresh fish... but where??🤔😂
Hi ....enjoyed fishing next to you on the pier ....even though you got all the big fish and I did'nt catch anything ....like all your great video's.....hope to see you again
Hey Bama .. I was really hoping that you could do a video on getting your boat ready and launching and all that and even cleaning and flushing the motor after, I’m fifteen and am getting a boat soon also I love when you say thank the good lord up above for everything he does for us
Hey Bama how about a "Take a Subscriber Fishing". Or maybe a meet and greet somewhere locally where you also give a few small how to talks about fishing the local area. Just a thought.
@9:42 "I'm gonna let you keep those bro." Friend for "I don't feel like cleaning fish today." 🤣 We've all done it at least once. If not, you haven't fished enough.
When frying fish with breading, I learned that seasoning the fish & the breading is key. I can add a lot less to the breading when I do it that way and the flavors are more thorough.
Love the videos! That fish looks delicious. You might want to try something a friend taught me... coat your fish in your favorite mayonnaise, then roll them in your favorite flavor of crushed Doritos. Trust me, it's great!
The north shore of Lake Superior (Marathon) has so many unspoiled lakes and rivers just full of Pickerel ,Lake trout and Specks. We have fish frys often.Going to have to try Panko bread crumbs as we just use the regular ones they look real nice and put a great crunch on the fillet. Thanks for posting cheers from Northern Ontario Canada!
If you’re looking for a healthy option don’t use vegetable oil unless it’s expensive stuff and you check ingredients. Most of the cheap vegetable oil is what appeals to people and it’s just rebranded sunflower oil or canola oil which were discovering isn’t great for you. A lot of plant based oils don’t break down easily in your body. Peanut oil is a good go too for any temperatures too hot for coconut or butter whichever you prefer. Butter is going to be best for you IMO. Low fat content oil isn’t great for you as the fat content is what’s easy to break down. Vegetable oil fucks my skin and stomach up bad if I eat it regularly.
