As a multi decade carnivore who is sickened by most plants, I have found that I could eat any edible fruits from my yard and never suffer any ill effects. Never get hungry and never ever snack. I am unable to eat any raw veggies but fermented is fine. I get a headache from any processed meats like sausage, cold cuts etc.
That sounds like issues with preservatives and nitrates. Nitrates are a big trigger for migraines for many people. About 50% of the time or more prior to switching our foods my wife would get sick to her stomach within minutes after eating and we no longer have that issue. A couple weeks ago she said the only side she had to fix was can of green beans and we thought one time won't hurt, but she got a migraine that evening after eating.
@@TroyTube I sometimes add fermented tomatoes or sauerkraut to my Heart attack Burger or iguana and never had problems with those. Even bacon at times can give me strange effects. Fresh meats never cause me any problems though.
@@chargermopar yup bacon is high in nitrates, I suspect unless it's naturally cured with smoke or organic salt. Fermented foods are good for the gut, for sure.
@@DebbieBarrett-n8f I have no particular reason other than cost and consistency, but a lot of ours are NutriCost brand from Amazon. The D3/K2 we take is Bronson, also from Amazon. Hope that helps!
