These beautiful designs look just like some of the unexplained crop circles. Go getum, you did the best from the unclaimed. Who can put a pattent on something that no human can reproduce or make another one, in the short time that the original was created. We like the real and the unique. Absolutely beautiful work! And such clearly skilled craftsmanship! I hope you're selling this stuff easily, cos it's amazing! I wish you good fortune, sir. 🙏
If I knew how to get it to them, I'd send them a NEW band saw blade!! Gives me shudders to watch them fight through lumber with what is obviously a worn-out blade! And they still do great work!!
This is an elegant table, very well made. Thanks for sharing. I have restored specimen tables from the Regency period. Often they had, contrasting herringbone ivory, mahogany and rosewood inlay in between the different sections.
Sorry, as an admirer of Regency furniture design and construction, I regret to say this doesn't even begin to stand comparison: more Rubble & Flinstone than Chippendale, IMO
A bit chunky: top looks good, but how much does it weigh? And, you've either omitted a crucial step (adjusting the crescents to fit), or you've formed the top from rough-cut pieces (cut by a bandsaw?) complete with random gaps. How level are the four feet? Finally, how does the grain run on the base and top, which appear to be softwood/heartwood. What about warping?
