Slight correction: if you completed your education where the medium of instruction is english, you do not need ielts in many canadian institutes for student visa. I did it for a friend and got approved.

This is what I meant. With dual residency, you can work n pay tax in Austria ( if working there ), while with Hun residency, u can live there cheaper. In case it was confusing, then my bad.
