I've had multiple games where it's obvious there's only 1 unit left in the pool, and it wouldn't have any chance of completing should I take the last piece. Like I said, he just kept rolling the same 1 or 2 units left in the pool. It wasn't that he was rolling 400 different tusks. It's not a given if others have the pieces as well.
