Thank you so much for sharing this advice. I'm a Realtor in Texas and have teams in New York trying to recruit me, but I was still debating between Dubai and New York. After watching this I feel a lot more confident in becoming an agent in Dubai. Thank you!
@@warsonlifestyle it was helpful but what about the part where companies do not provide Visa and ask for the sales in the first 3 months. If an agent closes a sale then they provide visa otherwise mostly people struggle for 3 months and then their visit visa or job seeker visa expires.
Very informative!! Thank u so much. Finally I found out how to be hired without Dubai real estate license . It’s very understandable and I will give it a try))just subscribed your channel😊
Hi Warson, I'm 17 and I have been in marketing and sales for over one year now. I'm down to fly out to dubai and follow the mentioned process. Do I need to be 18 to be a real estate agent?
Hey i am lawyer and want to switch to real estate but i dont have any experience in sales what should I do? And how can i be in real estate without experience
Hi I have got adequate experience in sales and marketing from the UK but not in real estate market. Can I start working as a real estate agent in Dubai?
If your broke and fresher and want to work in the real estate just bcuz your broke ill never advice that why? Bcuz I'm a Real estate agent in Dubai and you must have enough cash to survive the 1st year and in the second year you'll start gaining income regularly from the Real estate industry
And btw freelancing in Real estate is banned and any real estate caught dealing with street freelancers will be fined 50K aed and well get banned Dld and suspended by Ded and Rera permanently. Only licensed proffessionals can become brokers no one else the company must sponsor your Residency and Emirates id and attend Rera course of brokers then start working formally.
