Hi Esha hope you're doing good.. From hearing to you I've applied as a tutor to studypool but their hiring process is so weird. They rejected my application by saying plagiarism even I've checked my plagiarism before submission through turnitin. There was no plagiarism and I've also checked my grammar and punctuation through grammarly. I covered each and every thing of their requirements but they said plagiarism. How they can make such excuses even I've proof of turnitin report. Also, many people are complaining that they just take original content from writers for free and later on reject their application. I will not recommend to anyone to apply for as a tutor on studypool.

I uploaded my documents and approved almost 2 month ago but when i search the documents that I uploaded can't appear as search result on the notebank. I informed to the studypool team this some of them says add tags, strong title... I done all this but still not appear again I informed them then they said they are having backlog documents to be indexed and to wait some days they said me this almost more than 1 month. I just give up and leave it. Is there anyone who have this problem and got fixed?
