As usual rock solid info. I got a dip tank a few years ago and i can say it was one of the best additions to my shop EVER, now I think I will get one as a clean tank as-well.
@@CoryFloodwayPrintCo that is true! I think that’s the most I like to see is someone always trying to make the task in hand easier or more streamline! you got a hole shop full of thought out procedures or cool tools to make it that way 😎
Too true! In this case I coulda got it done a lot sooner if I wasn’t looking for the perfect deal haha. So I’ve learned to weigh things out a little differently. Everything has a return on investment, and a cost.
Yo Brandan, thanks for watching. I'm not sure I'd recommend my setup, it's something I've been meaning to revamp for a while but not sure how I can approach it without spending a ton of cash. The racks in reclaim are basic wire shelving with wheels. The separators are pieces of PVC pipe with notches cut into the ends so they can wedge into the shelving. I would like to replace these with something wider so the screens don't hang out, even the same type of shelving but deeper. It would be nice if the screens could be angled and drip into a controlled spot. Inside the screen room where the screens dry after coating, those are 'bakers racks' that I got cheap from local Facebook marketplace. I replaced the horizontal supports with old screens to match the proper width. They're sitting on a big wheeled base. Eco Frames are super heavy so I'm not sure I'd recommend the baker's racks for them due to the weight. They are awesome for standard aluminum frames though.
Haha no clue. You can get a garbage can for $23 though! There’s gotta be a cheaper option out there. An Australian supplier should make them rather than import them.
