finally an video that doesn't just list the nerve but actually describes each nerve and their functions using multiple angles and illustrations to properly locate their actual position in the body, dropping in some physical testing AND dad jokes to remember! so good! I cannot for the life of me remember things with not context. thank you so much!
What happened to the Ozzy pneumonic? Fortunately it showed up under the video but not when the comments were fully displayed. I like this one…much easier to remember 👍🏻👍🏻
Nursing student here for the first time and want to say thank you for these amazing videos you have provided for students like myself! I can not believe I just found you on youtube halfway through nursing school! I will be sure to sure your channel with classmates and teachers! THANK YOU!!!
So helpful! I have my neuroanatomy lab practical tomorrow and this helped so much! Thank you Oh Once One Takes The Anatomy Final Very Good Vacations Are Heavenly Some Say Money Matter But My Brother Says Big Brains Matter More
I have to say, youre such a great teacher and it hurts me that you do not get as much recognition as you deserve. Thanks for this video, tomorrow is my test so it helps a bunch. my favourite mnemonic was Oh, oh, oh, to touch and feel very good velvet ... ah, heaven
I've found that lots people refer to the number vs name when discussing the cranial nerves and not every cranial nerve name reminded me of what it does so I came up with this mnemonic for remembering what each nerve # controls. It's just a quicker thought process for me to go directly from # to function rather than # , mnemonic, name then function. Hope this helps someone else. "Not Every Efficient Elf Finds Enough Friends, He Thinks I'm Not Trustworthy". I - Nose, II - Eyes, III - Eyes, IV - Eyes, V - Face, VI - Eyes, VII - Face, VIII - Hearing/Balance, IX - (Throat) Gag Reflex/Swallowing, X - Internal Muscles, XI - Neck/Shoulders, XII - Tongue.

Thank you so much for giving the reason behind the why! This video is fantastic and gets straight to the point with useful and accurate information!! I'm a nursing students learning about the 12 cranial nerves and this short video is incredibly helpful. Thank you!!!
You are the first person I know that mentions Cranial nerve 13 and tho I didn't learn that it was called the terminal nerve, it is in the same place. There is a movement that can be used to activate it that has been used for shock and seziures.
Hello! Thank you so much for your videos. Wanted to help clear out that the CN IX located in 7:15 is actually the nerve painted pink. Amazing video thanks!
Weird ones coming upthat I made myself lol. But it's three sentences for the general four brain parts the nerves originate from: Olaf is an Optic for Occult Tears Trigs Abduct my Facial Vesti in Glossy Vegas we Accessorize we Hypothesize
Oh Shoot, Oh Shucks, Oh Me, To Mine, To Be, A Mother, For Beautiful, Versailles She, Gave But,Very Beautiful, Art My, Heart May die! (then they are all together in one :) if it helps... also Versailles is pronounced Versai )
Ohh my gosh, Alice, you're crushing it in your new job as pun moderator of the channel!! Also, I feel like if you string enough of those puns together you'll have enough to write an admissions essay into medical school
here is one i wrote. it's weird but most of them have the same first three letters! Old Opposite Occult Trojans Triumphantly Abducted Facility Voraciously, Gloating Vapidly, Accessing Hypocrisy
