Oh my gosh, i am literally going through the exact same journey right now!! I just finished 21 days of Lavendaire affirmations and they are so real, like they do actually work. And I'm watching this after waking up at like 5am to exercise before work, which i have been doing for the past month lol. I'm so happy to have someone else doing this with me tho. A lot of the time change and growth can be lonely if none of your friends change with you, and honestly its harder to do it alone. So yeah, I'm so glad we are in this together!

This came at the right time! I’m transitioning to working from home after a very physical job and suddenly don’t have as much energy because I haven’t moved as much. Thank you for the motivation!

I have a sedentary job but have always been a gym freak and into healthy eating, but compared to my teens and 20s its waaay harder to just maintain my weight and not gain. When I was a teen I used to eat like double what I eat now and would still lose weight. If I ate like the way I did in my younger years, I would be a sumo wrestler

totally understand what you mean. I'm not in the best physical shape I have ever been but I'm the healthiest I have ever been overall. I lox=se weight the fastest and without thinking about it when I am on vacation. I don't have stress or logistics to worry about so i snap back into eating fruit for breakfast and getting at least a work out in.

I do the same thing with lipstick that you do with your style of dress to encourage moderation! I'll buy a super special lipstick...you know either a fancy brand or an import...something delightful...and apply it at the beginning of an event. Then try to eat and talk in such a way that I don't need to reapply!

Very nice tips especially the last one, my fren visit my house and they have so many things to say and makes me reflect on the items in my house which is unnecessary. This is my new goals for 2024😊

This is so true.. My weight loss journey started after a wake up call from my close life and death situation and of course by my doctor. I just suddenly went from “I’m gonaa go on a diet” to “Oh this is enough! I’m gonna lose weight and I’m gonna start changing my eating habit today! Not tomorrow but TODAY!” 😂 I just went for it and ignore other people’s opinion about it.. I decided to do it no matter what.
