Is it possible to make one out of a 3d printed material?

Do you take requests? I have a UHD dome security camera. It is fixed, (not PTZ) but I would like to make it pan with an esp32 controlling a pancake stepper motor (probably needs a 3D printed housing and gears. I want to stick it under a 3rd floor air conditioning sleeve outdoors. Magnets maybe.) Kind of complicated since it needs to pan only 160 degrees or so since it needs a power cable. Maybe that's why PTZ is so dang expensive.

Well, although I love a challenge, I’ve certainly got a full agenda to be taking requests at the moment, but I do like the idea and won’t dismiss it entirely. Perhaps purchasing a pan housing on Amazon $15-30 may be easier than designing and printing gears and assembling it from scratch. Amazon has a mini pan /tilt anti-vibration camera mount with two servo motors from what it looks like, and has leads that fit Arduino / microcontroller pins. I think that’s a great option.
