Me too. We got our boards back by going to the courthouse a couple of days later. The cop warned us, which was cool, but we kept skating after he left, and he doubled back and caught us skating. If a cop gives you a break, respect it and don’t be stupid like we were.

Yup, that was a thing back when I was a teenager too. We all pretty much got the mindset of sketchy criminals because of it too. Like just rolling down the sidewalk and one guy yells out "Pigs!", and we scatter like leaves over fences, through ditches, etc

I got a speeding ticket in Seattle bombing a hill going 31 in a 25 on my skateboard from a bicycle cop that cut in front of me and I ran into him because of it and knocked us both down. He was gonna try to press charges until my friend behind us said he had it all on video.

I told him I been doing this for over 5 years and clean up hella drugs out of the parks and he's going to Karen me because of a technicality about digging? He says yup. I'm like ok, I'd be nice if you find a different job. He's like I love my job I'm like yeah I'm sure you do Karen and paid for it. He says again do you want the citation I told him he ain't gonna do shit because I'm allowed to be here and I know it then the guy driving the truck drove off before the passenger, who I was talking to, could say more. When I went to where they parked to get the number off the truck they were already busy kicking homeless people out the bathrooms acting tough. Those two idiots are going to get themselves stabbed acting like agro cops those homeless people don't have anything to lose

We claim Canada on the eastcoast because yall deal with real winter like us
