I've been listening to EAST FOREST x RAM DASS playlist on repeat every morning for the past month and a half while I work and it is like a beautiful blanket of love and comfort is draped over my soul. I can't explain why I need to have it on repeat It just brings me such peace. Thank you so much for creating this art/ music/ meditation. God bless you.

Grace surrounds us and holds us like the sky holds everything in it … and as soon as I find a way to let go of my story, I keep seeing over and over again that grace is always here and it includes the forgetting and the remembering. The practice is the opening of the hand to catch the raindrops, which are always falling. If you don't open your hand, you get wet, but you don't get much to drink.

I just finished watching 'Becoming Nobody'. I wept. My soul felt love like I never have experienced before from a man I never met and did not even know existed. In one moment I didn't feel alone. Even in his death his radiant beauty touched me deeply feeling for a moment the truth that I am connected to all things. What beautiful soul - my heart will never be the same and I thank all that is for giving us the beauty of one graced with so much wisdom and love that transcends all in becoming 'I AM'. thank you. thank you. thank you.

Can you try embody the warmth and softness it envokes throughout your daily chores? If you had one last chance to enjoy making yourself a cup of tea, how would uou stand up and walk into the kitchen, how would you turn the tap? How would you pour the water, sip from the cup etc? Hopefully with softness and love in your heart, a smile on your face :) x

I have had four dreams with Ram Das since his passing, and though I have loved and followed him for years he never showed up on the Astral before. I believe he has much more time now that he is flying free, to visit us all and continue his soul purpose. Have any of you been visited recently?

I recommended this meditation to the Depression Group that I am currently attending. I work in Occupational Therapy and use it with my patients when they are struggling with current, sometimes, life changing events. I find it to be cleansing to my Spirit.

I listened to this song while I was doing 5-meo-DMT therapy for my depression and I’ll forever be linked to this song, anytime I’m stressed It brings me right back to the moment that changed my life. In case you’re wondering, I did Ibogaine and then 2 days later I did 5-MOA-DMT, and it was a life changing therapy. I’ve had depression my whole life and have tried various things for the last 23 years, and nothing has made me happy, that is until I had this therapy done. If you’re reading this and feel suicidal, know there’s hope in alternative medicine. Big pharma just wants your money

@@laurenbongers2301 hey buddy. I actually did ibogaine and 5-meo-dmt within 3 days of each other. I went to a place called “experience ibogaine”, which was in Mexico. You fly to San Diego, and they pick you up and drive you over the border to rosarita. They also drive you back so you don’t have to worry about crossing the border or anything. The experience was life changing and I can’t recommend it enough. I hope you find happiness my friend

I did the same thing alone in my bedroom 😅. I met the magenta dmt goddess. It felt like she was the source of all feminine energy that exists. Just thinking about the love i felt from her in that moment can bring me to tears

Grateful 🙏🏼 Discovered Ram Dass a year before his passing. Its funny how he since then became an integral part of my life by listing to his lectures on a daily base and reading his books.
