I used to be homeless on drugs down here. Now in treatmen, 3 months sober and loving on my daughter so much. These videos are such an eye opener now and makes me so happy I only go down here to pick up my cheques. Keep up the good work. 🎉

In my city of St. Petersburg, which has 5.5 million inhabitants, you will not find such horror anywhere, from the word nowhere. You can't be drunk or drugged on the streets here, much less lie down, sleep or live. I'm not even talking about dirt and garbage on the streets, it's impossible to imagine this here. I absolutely do not feel schadenfreude, however, like every normal person seeing such scenes of life. It seems that the authorities do not care about their people, and society considers these ugly phenomena to be something inevitable.

our government isnt turning a blind eye. There are lots and lots of programs to help people like this. You can't help people not wanting help. We do live in a free country after all.

@@richardtee2513I've lived in Alberta and worked oil and gas most of my life and I can say one thing... conservative idealogy does not include personal responsibility. They push that, but they mix it up with entitlement, abuse to excess, selfishness, abuse of power, and control of others. There is the very very odd conservative that actually follows through with personal responsibility, but it is rare.
Our B.C provincial health officer is Dr. Bonnie Henry, i dont know much about politics so correct me if I'm wrong but isn't she the one who signed the papers to authorize things like legalize hard drugs, giving out needles to junkies, catch and release with no charges, creating various housing projects for street people to live in, only to have them turn into drug dens, etc etc, and if this is so, there are talks starting among a few officials in B.C about having her removed from office...
@@dav3tv452 i live on vancouver island Nanaimo which is probably the city with the most homeless housing programs in b.c and even one of them is right across the street from where i live and the area has been a nightmare of drugs and crime ever since...

@@soldier22881 Well other than it been drug central for at least 40 years where vulnerable people have ended up, several decades ago they pretty much closed the mental health centers and turfed them to the street and they all ended up there. The government's answer is to just throw money at the problem without actually dealing with the core problems. I read a report years ago that stated that the BC govt spends on average 35k per homeless/disadvantaged person.
You could actually look at all the amazing parts of the country. I mean seriously, read your comments, people actually think represents the country. this is not a common thing.
I get it its really sad, however I will never understand why all levels of government think hard working Canadians and business's have to put up with this crap.

Zombie apocalypse!! I use to live in Vancouver it was not like this then. This city is being destroyed, it is worse now then it was just a year ago :( This is the direct result of absolute and utter incompetence of those responsible for administration and law enforcement.

Agree, this guys a creep. Look at the thumbnails he uses for many of the videos (all young women) and how he loves to focus on the lone young women on the streets by filming them on camera longer than the men and groups of people. Is that a coincidence? C'mon.

What is it you’re hoping to gain by posting these videos? Exposing people when they’re in a vulnerable state, I’m sure the people asleep/unconscious would be thrilled to know someone is filming them for the world to see., everyone loves being exposed at their worst. Most people use 20 filters and take several photos before picking one to post on social media, but you choose for people how they are exposed. Well done. And I’m not a bleeding heart snowflake, just someone who respects peoples privacy.
