East Villas is the 9th subdivision project of Bacolod South Homes Corporation (BSHC). It is located in an area called Fortune Towne. It is a city within a city. It is a section inside Barangay Estefania, Bacolod. It’s one of the most complete areas within the City of Smiles because there is a university, high school, elementary school, subdivisions, SaveMore market and department store, a hospital and commercial establishments.
