Chivvy 147 the law says you can use blue lights if you have blood/organs on board. You dont have to be a registered emergency vehicle. You must treat red lights as give way and you cannot break the speed limit.
You're wrong. A cavalcade is "a formal procession of people walking, on horseback, or riding in vehicles." A motorcade is something someone of importance gets. For example the Prime Minister when escorted by multiple vehicles.
