It should have ended there between these two as this ending was just right for them not to see each other anymore.

Why does Mrs Hewitt get Julia's theme? I thought it was only for fondly remembered characters like Pat and Peggy, not home wreckers!

Maybe EastEnders wanted to mark exactly five years since Julia's Theme was last used.
