This was eastenders at it's best. This is much more tense than waiting ages to find out who killed who. It seems now like they drag the arse out of everything
@@matthewdoyle3877 I agree 💯. Before this in the 90's it was grant who was the real hardman/nutcase who was 10x stronger than phil. When grant left in 1999 there's no doubt phil toughened up more but he never had the balls to kill anyone, dennis did and after dennis found out phil grassed him up to Andy for killing Dalton he wanted a straight fight but phil knew dennis was capable of killing someone hence why he got a 3 big thugs of his to do it for him. That made phil look like a coward, grant would never have done that. Den Watts was smarter than phil, grant and Dennis all put together. He used his brain over brawl which in the long run dished out a bigger punishment for whoever he wanted to be punished.

Dennis was the only one who could get away with making demands to Jack. I'm sure he had no intention of killing him either and it was Phil he was trying to set up knowing Dennis would have talked Phil out of it. Sadly though for him he stupidly admitted to Dennis that it was him who was responsible for Den's disappearance.
It wasn't Phil. Dalton wanted Dennis dead. Even if Dennis did kill Phil, Dalton still wouldve killed Dennis afterwards coz he "paid him so now he has to pay him"
Id say Jack Dalton was the no 1. Gangster 2. Johnny Allen 3. Richie Stringer 4. Terry Bates 5. Andy Hunter But Jack Dalton was the Nastiest most toughest of them all. Even Johnny Allen said Jack was one man l would never cross. Then on the other hand down the Gangster 🪜 if Johnny was in the square when Terry Bates was throwing his weight over Jase Johnny would of soon sorted Terry out for the sake of Jase's boy Jay.
Dennis and Vicky had same dad different mum where as Sharon was adopted by Dirty Den and Angie so she isn't blood related to Dennis or Vicky but Sharon looked upto Den as her father and yeah Dennis and Sharon had a son but Dennis was stabbed and killed by Danny Moon whilst Sharon was pregnant.
