My heart breaks for him, I have bad anxiety so I understand what it’s like, Danny Dyer’s acting is amazing and mick has had some really good development recently and is actually becoming one of my favourites in EastEnders which I never thought I’d say

Danny dyer acted this well I have panic attacks nearly everyday I've got complex post traumatic stress disorder generalized anxiety disorder and depression.
This is oddly both inaccurate and accurate at the same time. Most panic attacks don’t look like this, a lot of them you likely wouldn’t be able to tell anything is wrong with the person who’s having one . Shirley should have told him to sit down first and then try to slow his breathing down but Panic attacks can be crippling, you can’t do or think about anything else. The worst is when they’re in public, you just want to get away from whatever situation you’re in because your brain perceives everything as a threat and adrenaline kicks in, if you’re with other people you feel like all the focus is on you
