She was nuts sleeping with her husbands brother and then sleeping with her step-daughters boyfriend. She’s always been a legendary nutter 😂 This was the tip of the iceberg 😂
After everything, Trevor could have just gone some where else. Why did he come back to the square. Cos he’s still hell bent on getting Mo back at all cost
Sharon was absolutely right to put down Big Mo in this instance. What happened in Trevor's private life with Little Mo had no impact on whether or not he could make a bartender or not, which was all that was at stake.
That's how it works BUT at the same time, when your in a interview they want abit of your background not just your qualifications or experience or why you want the job. They need to know they can trust you and that your a good person. They want reference 's so they can ask about your personality. If he went for a job in childcare or wanted to be a carer. They would NEVER take him in, when they find out he beats his wife. This is a different type of job, I know but it still works the same way, but at a different angle. His not trustworthy, if he beats his wife at any time he could beat her up as well. She's not safe with him and should know that! He is violent & could be violent to anyone in a corner and she will not know. He could turn at any point and beat up any female in the pub out of people's site. Sharon doesn't know if he had a chance to beat up another women that he will or not. She has afew reason's why she can't trust him & could have easily said no. It is very diffcult to get a job in his situation people don't want to employ a wife beater. What she did was very stupid....
In relation to somebody like Trevor Morgan being a carer or a role like that, only if a man like him has received an injunction, gone to court and got convicted or received warnings or cautions from cops will it be evidence in DBS checks. References, unless a referee has witnessed abuse from him and it's not their word against his, meaning others would have to provide statements of witnessing it, will it be relevant.
@@NB-bj6bf It's hearsay, not reliable evidence about him being abusive. Therefore, the records that I previously mentioned will be relied on more. Without hard evidence of abuse, he'd never get rejected.
