He made more money and had more control than anyone to the point of getting shot. I’m not saying Weasley ass ian doesn’t deserve what happened for what he did. But it’s not like Phil could’ve shown some sympathy here. He watched his life go down the toilet and can’t fight him. He’s got more contacts and control.
