@@Mike--Oxmall Hmm 🤔, strange response. I wasn’t upset, tbh you would expect swearing in a soap set in the East End of London really but there isn’t. Although recently some people were shocked over the use of the word “tit” on the soap, and I was thinking since when has “ tit” been classed as a swear word. The best English expressions with its use are, “ It’s all gone tits up “ and “ you are making a right tit of yourself “. I would be very surprised if any soap opera has any swearing in them, imo the f word is overused these days. I am for “bugger” and “damn” coming back into our swear vocabulary.
Roy has no idea how lucky he is . If i had the choice between Pat Butcher or a night infront of the telly with a bottle of Whisky then..........hand me the remote !!!
The late Mike Reid did a corporate gig for us years ago. He made a joke (I'm paraphrasing) "imagine waking up next to that every episode!" Can't have been a walk in the park for her either tbh 🤣
That should have been the scene if he got out of hospital in 2003 Barry saying to Roy take it easy in that stuff Dad, shut up Barry I’m trying to watch Tele, that would have been funny
Every1 in eastenders is a 1 punch knockout guy even if they're 70 and never boxed or Ian beale. So unrealistic....the only time the fights were realistic were eg the derek branning v phil mitchell scrap where it was like a boxing match...squaring up but few punches...your average street scrap is mostly missed girly slaps and " punches" and mauling ...few 1 punch knockouts unless 1 party is drunk and just a loudmouth
Barry if it's pat tell her I want full fat milk and a bottle. Ok Dad. Frank what are you doing here? Barry what do you take me for a car sales man.
