An excellent tutor! The instructions are very detailed, excellent explanation, she takes her time to explain and give reason(s) for doing a particular process (e.g: the aging of the egg whites), her diction is clear and speaks at a rate which makes it easier to follow, she gives great tips and makes it look so easy to do. I feel like she's here with me in my kitchen giving me a personal demonstration. I will definitely give this a try! Thanks Kirsten.

I did the Savour school macaron class because my macarons kept cracking. I learned so may tips and tricks - I still get the occasional crack but it's maybe only 2 or 3 in a batch! I loved that the class was very hands on! These are super cute Kristen!

That trick with the piping nozzles is so useful. Can't believe I never thought of that myself, I alway use a connector but the small piping nozzles and big ones have different connectors. Going to try this method over the weekend!
These Easter Chocolate Bunny Macarons are so cute and I sooooo want to make these with my little great-nieces even though my macarons are a bit hit and miss. BUT your instructions make me feel a lot more confident as you make it look so easy. Lots of great tips too, especially the one about using a block of chocolate :-) I must hurry up and book in to a macaron class. Thank you once again for your inspiration.
