Absolutely because it adds extra flavor to your food but I try to use Chicken Powder from Asian markets because they're lower in sodium than the American made. Too salty for me

The handle part of the food processor should click and lock when you turn it. Usually when it locks, the handle should be facing you. It won’t turn on until everything is locked into place. It’s a safety feature.
